The Pan Pacific Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Perth’s city centre.  Guests can also easily access the scenic Swan River and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on foot.

The hotel’s “Meetings on 5” provides boardroom and meeting rooms of various sizes to cater to smaller groups of 6 to 60. For larger conferences, the Golden Ballroom and Grand River Ballroom can accommodate up to 380 guests classroom-style. The ballrooms can be partitioned into smaller rooms for seminars. Ceiling height of 4m is a little low, limiting stage backdrop and projection screen size. There are ample pre-function areas for cocktail receptions or table top exhibitions.

Sports and recreation-wise, guests may want to forget about bringing swimsuits as the pool is greatly disproportionate to the size of a hotel with 486 rooms. The gym is rather small too, but it is wonderful to jog around the Langley Park or along the Swan River, which are just down the slope from the hotel.

Speaking of guest rooms, the Pacific Club King Rooms and Studio Rooms are huge and spacious, with fairly modern décor. However, the interiors of the Standard Rooms are somewhat dated.

There are two restaurants in the hotel – The Monterey’s and Origins. Smaller MICE groups may want to try out the exquisite high tea experience in the Origins Restaurant. Guests on Club floors can also enjoy more private breakfast and all-day coffee, tea and snacks in the Pacific Lounge.
