Ayre Hotel Sevilla is strategically located just outside the Santa Justa train station, and is not very far from the San Pablo International Airport and the Seville Conference Centre. It is just walking distance to the stadium and from the business and shopping district of Nervión, making it the perfect choice for business and MICE travellers, as well as visiting soccer teams. Being located near, but not within Seville’s historic old city has its advantages as it means large tour buses can stop right in front of the hotel, without requiring the passengers to meander through narrow cobbled streets.
As a 4-star hotel, Ayre Hotel is not lavish and in fact a bit old fashioned, especially at the lobby. The hotel rooms are, however, going through phases of upgrading and some rooms now have modern interior design.
The hotel has 9 modular function rooms for up to 200 guests in classroom-style seating. They are popular and quite well booked-up throughout the year. The main ballroom on the ground level has very high ceiling, suitable for large stage backdrop, and it has a good pre-function area for cocktail reception or table top exhibitions. Other rooms on the second level are good for smaller corporate meetings. The second largest room can be partitioned into smaller rooms, but its ceiling height is rather low and hence is not suitable for gala events.
Another comforting thing to note is that there are two restaurants in the vicinity that serves hearty, non-touristy tapas yet easy on the pocket. One of them is just next to the hotel and the other one is across the road. Click here to view photo gallery.
