The Tubkaak Boutique Resort prides itself as being sensitive to the environment and nature conservation. Its main lobby building and 42 individual villas were built around existing natural terrain and avoided cutting down original trees as much as possible. Hence the the villas are not very spacious and are more suitable for couples than for families or corporate groups.

Due to the lack of meeting facilities, this venue is most suitable for hosting seaside receptions and dinners with a spectacular view of the setting sun.
