The Mandarin Oriental Barcelona is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of town. Unlike the chain’s properties in Asia, Mandarin Oriental is a rather boutique hotel with just 120 rooms. The guest rooms with the exquisite furniture and decorations exude a class above its competitors.

For MICE, the Mandarin Oriental is similarly boutique as it is more suitable for small meetings and groups. The main function room, the Montjuic Room, can accommodate only 30 guests classroom style, and it has rather low ceiling height. In fact, it is more a multi-purpose function space that has the flexibility to open up fully to serve as an extension of the Bistreau all-day restaurant, which has a capacity of 150 banquet style.

For social events, there is a roof gardens and poolside areas for up to between 70 to 350 guests in standing cocktail-style.
