The Heritage Hotel Manila is part of the Millennium & Copthorne group. Located within minutes away from the SMX Convention Centre and the SM Mall of Asia, the 450-room Heritage Hotel serves as a great supporting hotel for large conventions and exhibitions held at SMX.

Despite its relatively modest exterior, the hotel is able to host small to medium-size events. The Heritage Ballroom on the second level can accommodate 200 guests in classroom-style. It has a high ceiling of 6.7m is suitable for conference and gala dinners. The ballroom can be partitioned into 3 smaller rooms. The Artist Ballroom has a larger capacity of up to 250 guests in classroom-style. However, the ceiling height at 3m is somewhat low and may pose a problem for image projection and large stage backdrops. This ballroom can be subdivided into 4 smaller rooms. Some of the smaller meeting rooms, for between 20-30 people, can be found on the third level. On the ground level, two spaces vacated by a former F&B outlet are available for creative use by MICE planners, either as meeting space or theme events.

The guests rooms are spacious, and the suites are decorated with locally made porcelain art pieces. Considering the fact that the last renovation was done some 9 years ago, the hotel guest rooms are relatively well maintained even though the décor may be a bit dated. The hotel is slated for upgrading soon, and all the rooms will have a new look.
