There is abundance of hotels with good meeting facilities in Seoul. Just to name a few, Grand Hyatt Seoul, COEX InterContinental and Sheraton Grande Walkerhill are some of the many convention class hotels. All three hotels have ballrooms that can accommodate up to about 900 guests, while supported by a range of smaller function rooms to suit meetings of any size.

Grand Hyatt Seoul is perched on the southside of Mount Namsan with a spectacular birds’ eye view of Seoul. Apart from excellent ballroom and meeting facilities, its landscape gardens and poolside areas are also good for outdoor theme parties. Regular shuttle bus service brings guests to the popular Itaewon shopping district, which is just 10 minutes drive away.

On the other side of Mount Namsan in the north is Sheraton Grande Walkerhill. The Walkerhill complex is a complete business and entertainment centre by itself as it also houses Starwood’s W Hotel, restaurants, a casino, theatres and retail shops. COEX InterContinental, as the name suggests, is conveniently located next to COEX – the key convention and exhibition centre in Seoul. While the hotel provides accommodation support to events at COEX, its own meeting facilities are more than adequate for events of about 1,000 guests. Grand InterContinental and Oakwood Premier are also within the same vicinity and they are all connected via the COEX mall, which offers a great variety of restaurants and fashion boutiques.
